AGi is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide our main office with directed assistant in our HR, recuitment, and small business departments. Duties will consist of general tasks, but will require professional experience in working with a small business. This position is offered with generous employee benefits including health insurance and paid time off. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates administrative tasks and tracks various project deadlines
  • Assists with development of marketing plans to be used to enhance company and services awareness
  • Provides general administrative support to AGi office staff
  • Provide support to Human Resources department, such as but not limited to: ensure resource availability for recruiting, hiring and onboarding; screen job candidate resumes and schedule phone screenings and in-person interviews; provide on-boarding paperwork and orientation to AGi new hires
  • Offer a complete report of qualifications and experience to support the hiring process of prospective candidates

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years' experience in Human Resources management and project staffing/recruitment
  • Ability to manage complex technical and operational functions.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to include attention to detail and follow-through; and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
